McQueary's GJ Testimony Proves Prosecutor Lied in Presentment

I will re-file the professional misconduct complaint I filed in February 2012 (on the basis of McQueary's testimony in the Curley/Schultz hearing) this week, as soon as I can get more information.

You are correct. The lies about McQueary's testimony in the grand jury presentment from Attorney General Kelly's office were outrageous. Even more so because they defamed her two star witnesses, McQueary and Paterno.
ReplyDeleteMcQueary's grand jury testimony only shows that he witnessed, at best, the same behavior that Sandusky admitted to in 1998. The police, DA, CYS and DPW all found that Sandusky bear hugging boys in the shower in 1998 was not criminal. CYS and DPW took no precautions to limit Sandusky's one-on-one contact with at-risk boys.
Penn State Director of Campus Safety, Thomas Harmon, also took no precautions regarding Sandusky and never even notified the President or Board of Trustees about the 1998 shower incident.
